As many of you now know we have closed our doors after 20 years. This decision was sudden but it did not come lightly. With no real end to Covid in the near future, our reduced capacity, and a few other factors, unfortunately it was time to close the office. We are very saddened by this decision, and apologetic for the manner and abruptness with which we were forced to make it. Please know how grateful we are that you have placed your trust in us through the years. We’ve never taken this lightly.

I’d like to thank every one of you for supporting us. We’ve built more connections and friendships than we could have imagined. On behalf of the whole office staff I’d like to thank you for letting us be part of your wellness journey. We are both honored and filled with great appreciation.

Whether you’ve been with us for the long haul or have just seen us occasionally, it’s important to think of what will come next for your care. I’ve spent many hours searching for an office that I could transition you to that is in line with our principles, takes a similar approach to spinal adjusting, and will care about you as much as we do. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve found that with Raintree Medical and Chiropractic Center. While their main facility is located in Lee’s Summit, they opened a brand new satellite office, Raintree Health Center, earlier this year at 8301 Stateline, Suite 108. I have transferred your records to Raintree Health Center and your new doctors, Dr. Kelsey Pippitt and Dr. Jared Meyer, are excited to get to know you the way I have. An extra benefit of being a patient at Raintree Health Center is that you can also utilize their Primary Care and Urgent Care with their licensed nurse practioner at the Lees Summit location or via Telehealth.

Cathy, yes, the same wonderful Cathy from our office that you know and love, and who is now at the front desk of Raintree Health Center, will be reaching out to you to get you back on the schedule and continue the care that you have been receiving. Until then, I encourage you to call them at 816-623-3020 any time to make an appointment and they will work you right in. They have incredible office hours of 7-7 Monday-Friday, and 8-4 on Saturdays. I am confident that you will be impressed with this facility and will love your new doctors. I will continue to be in contact with them in the future during this transition.

We would like to welcome you and your family to our office so you can continue the excellent care you have always received with your doctors from Center of Life Chiropractic. We have two locations to serve you, 8301 State Line Rd, Ste 108, Kansas City, MO and 931 SW Lemans Lane, Lee’s Summit, MO. Our office is in network with most major insurance companies. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, please call 816-623-3020 and we will verify your coverage so we can give you an estimate of your costs per visit.

Along with chiropractic and acupuncture offered at our State Line location, we also offer Primary Care/ Family Practice, Urgent Care (also available via TeleHealth), and massage at the Lee’s Summit office. At both locations we have decompression to treat bulging or herniated discs, electrical stimulation for strained and tight muscles, and cold laser for inflammation and a variety of other conditions. Because we are integrated with Primary Medical Care, we can offer trigger point injections and medication to help ease pain while we are working to get you back to health. We also offer free access to our Fitness and Rehab Facility, at our Lee’s Summit location, to all current patients.
